Your first Louco event is reviewed before it becomes active.
When you submit your first event, one event credit is temporarily reserved. If the event is approved, the credit is used and the event becomes active.
If the event is rejected, the credit is returned to your available balance and the event returns to Draft so you can make changes and resubmit it.
